Dr. Cube was tired of being constantly asked why…

“Why are there no monsters like Gojira in the Posse?”
“Why don’t you clone some dinosaurs?”
“Why are there no girl Kaiju in the Posse?”

His answer?
“Why don’t you shut up?!”

What did you expect? He is Dr. Cube.

The questions must have affected him on a subconscious level, because he debuted Dino Kang to the world soon after.

Dino Kang was a genetically enhanced kangaroo, souped up with DNA sourced from various looted dinosaur fossils. No one is quite sure what ancient species she contained.

Her pedigree aside, Dino Kang went on to become one of the early stars of the Big Battel and raked in the dough for Dr. Cube. Dr. Cube not only profited off her battel winnings, but made numerous sponsorship and merchandising deals.

To reward his creation, Dr. Cube built her a lavish cave dwelling behind his compound. He spared no expense on the luxury estate. The Minions that built the place were not so scrupulous. They took every shortcut and used substandard materials so they could pocket some cash.

A few weeks after moving in, the ceilings, made with recycled asbestos insulation, collapsed on an unsuspecting Dino Kang while she was sleeping. Dino Kang was contaminated along with the room. Dr. Cube decided to seal it off with concrete, but not before Dino Kang was joined by a few newly rich Minions.

Dr. Cube listed the death as Asbestos poisoning on the insurance papers, perhaps that is what killed her while sealed behind the wall. We will never know…What we do know is that Dr. Cube took the insurance money and built himself a world class biolab. Legend has it, Dr. Cube never really got over the incident, and some say that he keeps a small locket in his desk drawer with a picture of him and Dino Kang on a picnic.

Note: Dino Kang’s DNA was used to create Dino Kang Jr., thus making Dino Kang the mother of Dino Kang Jr.
