Dudley Dorcha never loved his real parents, and never was loved by them. At the age of 6, he ran away and became lost, somehow finding himself in the land of the Unicorns. Bogha-froise, the King of the Unicorns, decided to raise him as his own and taught him the ways of the unicorn. When Dudley was 9, another man-child was found. The toddler had a limited vocabulary and loved the word ‘party’ so the herd came to call him as such. Dudley had found himself with a new brother.

Dudley was not like his brother Unicorn Party. He proved to be a mischievous child, and was often also jealous of the affection that their adoptive father, King Bogha-Froise, showed his younger brother, Unicorn Party. Dudley began studying Unicorn magic and science, both of which he would become very proficient in, eventually becoming one of the strongest magicians in the land of Unicorns. In his youth, Dudley tried again and again to gain advantage over his younger brother Unicorn Party.

The King loved his youngest adopted son so much that, when Unicorn Party turned eight, Bogha-Froise had an amazingly powerful magical horned helmet created as a gift for him. Although Dudley was gifted a similar helmet upon turning eight, his younger brother’s horn was bigger and more powerful than the one gifted to him, causing intense jealousy as he witnessed the preparations for Unicorn Party’s eighth birthday celebration.

Showing his first signs of evil, Dudley interfered with his brother’s helmet while it was still being made, causing Unicorn Party’s soon-to-be helmet to turn pink. It was Dudley’s hope that Unicorn Party would not accept a pink helmet, and that he could keep the power of that horn for himself, but Unicorn Party accepted his pink helmet with pride.

As a boy, Dudley wanted the power of his brother’s horn and often tried to steal it. His jealousy caused him to become angrier with each passing day, as he truly became evil. He became jaded and twisted, his hate for Unicorn Party and desire to rule Unicorn Land growing strong along with his sorcery and mischief. It was then that Dudley made a secret vow, to be the most powerful force in Unicorn Land, and to kill his brother Unicorn Party.

Unicorn Party and Dudley grew up, gaining the respect of Unicorn Land. Dudley became a public nuisance and was eventually shunned by all the other unicorns. He perpetrated numerous crimes and finally tried to seize the throne of Unicorn Land. This crime was so great that King Bogha-Froise himself was forced to banish Dudley to the wastelands of Sgudal.

Aimlessly and angry, he wandered until finding a disgruntled unicorn sorcerer named Drewgog, who was amazingly skilled and powerful- specializing in dark magic. Drewgog schooled Dudley in the illicit arts until he was as skilled as his new master. Here, Dudley learned of a prophecy. It was fated that he could bring about Unicorn Land’s ruin, but first he must destroy Unicorn Party, for he was the only one who could stop him. Dudley, becoming more evil by the day, liked the idea, and accepted it as his destiny.

Dudley realized he would need more power to destroy his brother, and searched out one who could enhance his abilities even further. Dudley tracked down Sulphur the Fire Pig- a being rich with power beyond power- and he had a particular liking for unicorn souls. Dudley formed a tenuous alliance with Sulphur, and turned on his adoptive father, selling King Bogha-Froise’s soul to Sulphur, in exchange for the power of his own father’s horn. Sulphur the fire pig then reforged Dudley’s helmet, blending the power of two unicorn horns.

Dudley continued committing vile acts for some time, and drew further into black magic, earning the title “Double Unicorn Dark” among the Unicorn Landians. Meanwhile, his brother Unicorn Party had returned to the land of man. Double Unicorn Dark had no choice but to follow.
